摘要
蓝莓是一种营养丰富的水果,其中含有大量的抗氧化物质,如花青素、类黄酮和维生素C等,这些物质对身体健康有很多好处。因此,本文重点对蓝莓抗氧化活性及其对健康的影响展开研究,了解其概念、种类、主要营养成分、特点等,探究其对健康的重要性和影响,以便于发挥其优势降低多种慢性疾病,促进人们身体健康,同时也为其他相关理论研究人员提供一定的参考。
Blueberry is a kind of nutrient-rich fruit,which contains a lot of antioxidant substances,such as anthocyanins,flavonoids and vitamin C,these substances are good for health.Therefore,this paper focuses on the study of antioxidant activity of blueberry and its impact on health,to understand its concept,types,main nutrients,characteristics,etc.,to explore its importance and impact on health,so as to give full play to its advantages to reduce a variety of chronic diseases,promote people's health,and to provide certain reference value for other relevant theoretical researchers at the same time.
