食品快速检验是基层食品安全监管保障民众食品安全的重要措施之一,随着当前民众对食品质量要求的提高,基层食品监管人员需要不断加大检验质量控制力度,找出其中存在的问题并逐一进行解决,切实发挥食品快速检验工作的价值。基于此,本文就食品快速检验存在的细节问题进行分析,提出有利于完善检验质量控制措施的建议,以促进食品安全监管工作的稳步提升。

Rapid food inspection is one of the important measures for grassroots food safety supervision to ensure people's food safety.With the improvement of the current public's requirements for food quality,grassroots food supervision personnel need to constantly increase the inspection quality control efforts,find out the existing details of the problems to solve one by one,and effectively play the value of rapid food inspection work.Based on the above situation,this paper analyzes the detailed problems existing in the rapid food inspection,and puts forward suggestions conducive to improving the inspection quality control measures,so as to promote the steady improvement of food safety supervision.
