Food safety issues are related to people's physical health and life safety,and affect the harmonious and stable development of society.Among them,pesticide residues in food are relatively common and pose significant harm to human health.Therefore,it is particularly important to increase the detection of pesticide residues in food.This article elaborates on the types of pesticide residues in food,analyzes the significance of pesticide residue detection in food,and uses several food pesticide residue detection technologies such as gas chromatography,high-performance liquid chromatography,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,enzyme inhibition method,and high-performance chromatography-mass spectrometry to effectively detect agricultural products and ensure food quality meets standards,thereby ensuring people's health and safety.
