摘要 食品安全问题关乎人们的身体健康以及生命安全,影响着社会的和谐稳定发展。其中,食品中农药残留较为普遍,对人体危害较大,因而加大食品农药残留的检测力度尤为重要。本文阐述了食品中农药残留的类型,并运用气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、气相色谱-质谱联用法、酶抑制法、高效色谱-质谱联用法等几种食品农药残留检测技术,有效进行农产品检测,以保证食品质量达标,进而保障人们的健康与安全。 Food safety issues are related to people's physical health and life safety,and affect the harmonious and stable development of society.Among them,pesticide residues in food are relatively common and pose significant harm to human health.Therefore,it is particularly important to increase the detection of pesticide residues in food.This article elaborates on the types of pesticide residues in food,analyzes the significance of pesticide residue detection in food,and uses several food pesticide residue detection technologies such as gas chromatography,high-performance liquid chromatography,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,enzyme inhibition method,and high-performance chromatography-mass spectrometry to effectively detect agricultural products and ensure food quality meets standards,thereby ensuring people's health and safety.
