气相色谱-质谱联用法测定蔬菜中47种农药的基质效应研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文以9种蔬菜为样品基质,采用QuEChERS法处理,使用气相色谱-质谱联用法测定目标农药,旨在计算目标农药在不同蔬菜中的基质效应。结果表明,供试的47种农药在9种蔬菜基质中主要表现为基质增强效应,且中等强度和强基质效应占比高,而基质效应对蔬菜中农药的准确定量影响较大,且多种农药同时测定时表现的基质效应情况较为复杂。因此,应尽可能采用基质配制标准曲线定量。 This article uses 9 types of vegetables as sample matrices,treated by the QuEChERS method,and uses gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to determine the target pesticide.The aim is to calculate the matrix effect of the target pesticide in different vegetables.The results showed that the 47 pesticides tested showed an enhanced matrix effect among 9 vegetable substrates,with a high proportion of medium and strong matrix effects.The matrix effect had a significant impact on the accurate quantification of pesticides in vegetables,and the matrix effect situation was more complex when multiple pesticides were measured simultaneously.Therefore,the matrix preparation standard curve should be used for quantification as much as possible.
