青光眼用药的临床效果分析

目的探究青光眼用药的临床效果。方法94例青光眼患者,依照随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组47例。对照组使用拉坦前列素滴眼液治疗,试验组采用布林佐胺滴眼液治疗。对比两组不良反应发生率、生活质量评分、治疗效果及治疗前后眼压、心理状态评分。结果试验组不良反应发生率0明显低于对照组的12.77%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率95.74%高于对照组的68.09%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组眼压为(17.24±1.26)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),低于对照组的(22.99±1.79)mm Hg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分分别为(46.58±2.89)、(46.56±2.50)分,试验组分别为(44.87±2.10)、(44.87±2.16)分。治疗后,试验组SAS评分与SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青光眼患者采用布林佐胺滴眼液治疗更具有临床意义,可稳定控制患者的眼压,提升治疗效果,极大改善患者的生理与心理状态,为青光眼的治疗奠定了坚实的基础,适合在临床上进行大范围推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of drugs for glaucoma.Methods A total of 94 patients with glaucoma were divided into control group and experimental group according to random numerical table,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with latanoprost eye drops,and the experimental group was treated with brinzolamide eye drops.The incidence of adverse reactions,quality of life score,therapeutic effect,intraocular pressure and mental state score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions of 0 in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of 12.77%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life status in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 95.74%in the experimental group was higher than that of 68.09%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the intraocular pressure of(17.24±1.26)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)in the experimental was lower than that of(22.99±1.79)mm Hg in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score were(46.58±2.89)and(46.56±2.50)points in the control group,and(44.87±2.10)and(44.87±2.16)points in the experimental group.After treatment,the SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of glaucoma patients with brinzolamide eye drops is more clinically significant,which can stabilize and control the intraocular pressure of patients,enhance the therapeutic effect,greatly improve the physiological and psychological status of patients,and lay a solid foundation for the treatment of glaucoma,which is suitable for widespread clinical promotion.
