乳腺微创旋切手术与传统手术治疗乳腺多发性肿块的效果分析

Effect analysis of minimally invasive circumcision and traditional surgery on multiple breast masses

目的分析乳腺微创旋切手术与传统手术治疗乳腺多发性肿块的效果。方法100例乳腺多发性肿块患者,依据随机抽签模式分为实验组及参考组,各50例。参考组患者采用传统手术治疗,实验组患者采用乳腺微创旋切手术治疗。对比两组手术相关指标、疼痛评分、并发症发生率及生活质量评分。结果实验组手术时间(18.76±4.32)min、切口长度(0.76±0.21)cm及切口愈合时间(3.76±1.32)d均短于参考组的(32.32±4.45)min、(4.38±1.49)cm、(6.78±2.16)d,术中出血量(17.65±5.42)ml少于参考组的(27.65±4.46)ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组疼痛评分均低于治疗前,且实验组疼痛评分(1.23±0.45)分低于参考组的(2.67±1.26)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率8.00%低于参考组的24.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组生理职能、躯体疼痛、精神健康、社会功能、总体健康评分分别为(87.65±4.43)、(83.65±2.33)、(83.65±2.57)、(82.65±2.58)、(88.98±3.76)分,均高于参考组的(78.65±3.65)、(72.65±2.57)、(75.43±3.65)、(72.65±3.65)、(74.87±3.76)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用乳腺微创旋切手术治疗乳腺多发性肿块患者,可缩短患者手术时间,减少术中出血量,且具有切口小、术后切口愈合快等优势,同时可降低患者疼痛情况,提升其生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive circumcision and traditional surgery on multiple breast masses.Methods A total of 100 patients with multiple breast masses were divided into experimental group and reference group according to random lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with traditional surgery,and the experimental group was treated with minimally invasive circumcision.The surgery related indexes,pain score,complication rate and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results In the experimental group,the operative time was(18.76±4.32)min,the incision length was(0.76±0.21)cm and the incision healing time was(3.76±1.32)d,which were shorter than those of(32.32±4.45)min,(4.38±1.49)cm and(6.78±2.16)d in the reference group;the intraoperative blood loss of(17.65±5.42)ml in the experimental group was less than that of(27.65±4.46)ml in the reference group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score of both groups were lower than that of this group before treatment,and the pain score of(1.23±0.45)points of the experimental group were lower than that of(2.67±1.26)points of the reference group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was 8.00%,which was lower than that of 24.00%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of role-physical,bodily pain,mental health,social functioning and overall health were(87.65±4.43),(83.65±2.33),(83.65±2.57),(82.65±2.58)and(88.98±3.76)points in the experimental group,which were higher than those of(78.65±3.65),(72.65±2.57),(75.43±3.65),(72.65±3.65)and(74.87±3.76)points in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive circumcision for patients with multiple breast masses can shorten the operative time of patients,reduce intraoperative blood loss,and has the characteristics of small incision,fast postoperative incision healing.At the same time,it can reduce the pain of patients and improve their quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
