微螺钉支抗种植体在口腔正畸患者中的应用效果

Application effect of microscrew implant anchorage in orthodontic patients

目的分析口腔正畸中应用微螺钉支抗种植体治疗的效果。方法130例行口腔正畸治疗的患者,以随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各65例。研究组采用微螺钉支抗种植体治疗,对照组采用常规正畸支抗治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、相关治疗指标、牙齿美学效果、并发症发生率、治疗满意度。结果研究组治疗总有效率96.92%高于对照组的84.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后第一磨牙前移量(3.50±0.78)mm小于对照组的(5.69±1.02)mm,上中牙倾角改变量(27.11±7.03)mm、上唇突点距审美平面改变量(4.70±1.02)°大于对照组的(13.69±3.59)mm、(2.41±0.69)°,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后红色美学指数(PES)评分(9.42±0.22)分、白色美学指数(WES)评分(9.11±0.13)分均显著高于对照组的(8.58±0.29)、(8.15±0.15)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率9.23%低于对照组的29.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总满意度93.85%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微螺钉支抗种植体在口腔正畸患者中具有较好的疗效和美容效果,且并发症发生率低,患者满意度高,比常规正畸支抗治疗更具优势,更值得借鉴推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of microscrew implant anchorage in orthodontics.Methods A total of 130 patients undergoing orthodontic treatment were divided into study group and control group according to the random numerical table,with 65 cases in each group.The study group was treated with microscrew implant anchorage,and the control group was treated with conventional orthodontic anchorage.The clinical efficacy,related therapeutic indexes,dental aesthetic effect,complication rate and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.92%,which was higher than that of 84.62%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the forward displacement of the first molar of(3.50±0.78)mm in the study group was less than that of(5.69±1.02)mm in the control group;the change of inclination of upper and middle teeth of(27.11±7.03)mm and change of aesthetic plane of upper lip protrudation of(4.70±1.02)°in the study group were greater than those of(13.69±3.59)mm and(2.41±0.69)°in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pink esthetic scores(PES)score of(9.42±0.22)points and white esthetic scores(WES)score of(9.11±0.13)points in the study group were significantly higher than those of(8.58±0.29)and(8.15±0.15)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of 9.23%in the study group was lower than that of 29.23%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total treatment satisfaction of the study group was 93.85%,which was higher than that of 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Microscrew implant anchorage has better efficacy and cosmetic effect in orthodontic patients,with low complication rate and high patient satisfaction,which is more advantageous than conventional orthodontic support treatment and is more worthy of reference and promotion.
