中药汤剂联合中医康复治疗缺血性脑卒中患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation in the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke

目的分析中药汤剂联合中医康复治疗缺血性脑卒中患者的临床效果。方法90例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药汤剂联合中医康复治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后生活质量、肢体运动功能及临床疗效。结果治疗前,观察组生活质量评分为(95.31±12.28)分,对照组为(94.89±11.99)分。治疗后,观察组生活质量评分为(127.72±13.54)分,对照组为(114.39±11.57)分。治疗前,两组患者生活质量评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组肢体运动功能评分为(44.39±6.24)分,对照组为(44.58±6.21)分。治疗后,观察组肢体运动功能评分为(62.78±9.56)分,对照组为(53.87±8.41)分。治疗前,两组患者肢体运动功能评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组肢体运动功能评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率95.56%明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中患者使用中药汤剂联合中医康复治疗后生活质量更加接近标准状态,肢体功能的恢复情况也更加理想,疗效显著,是一种值得广泛使用的治疗方式,可在临床大力推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation in the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 90 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group.The quality of life and limb motor function before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was(95.31±12.28)points,and that of the control group was(94.89±11.99)points.After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was(127.72±13.54)points,and that of the control group was(114.39±11.57)points.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the limb motor function score of the observation group was(44.39±6.24)points,and that of the control group was(44.58±6.21)points.After treatment,the limb motor function score of the observation group was(62.78±9.56)points,and that of the control group was(53.87±8.41)points.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in limb motor function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the limb motor function of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 95.56%in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation for patients with ischemic stroke has significant curative effect,the quality of life of patients is closer to the standard state,and the recovery of limb function is more ideal.It should be put into practical clinical use and vigorously promoted.
