电针联合正清风痛宁穴位注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of electroacupuncture combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning acupoint injection for knee osteoarthritis

目的探究电针联合正清风痛宁穴位注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法100例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组实施电针针刺穴位治疗,观察组实施电针联合正清风痛宁穴位注射治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、膝关节功能评分、治疗后不良反应发生率、关节肿胀情况以及关节疼痛、压痛、屈曲活动受限情况。结果观察组总有效率为94.00%(47/50),高于对照组的70.00%(35/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组膝关节功能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个疗程和治疗2个疗程后,观察组膝关节功能评分分别为(71.52±7.01)、(91.62±5.42)分,均高于对照组的(60.69±5.19)、(83.73±5.51)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为8.00%(4/50),低于对照组的56.00%(28/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后关节肿胀情况轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后疼痛、压痛和屈曲活动受限占比分别为26.00%(13/50)、18.00%(9/50)、14.00%(7/50),均低于对照组的52.00%(26/50)、46.00%(23/50)、58.00%(29/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针联合正清风痛宁穴位注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者,可明显改善患者的关节肿胀、关节疼痛、压痛、屈曲活动,提升患者术后各项指标,且不良反应发生率低,提升患者的心理健康与生活质量,临床疗效显著,值得临床参考。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning acupoint injection for knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into observation group and control group according to the random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture,and the observation group was treated with electroacupuncture and Zhengqing Fengtongning acupoint injection.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,knee function score,incidence of adverse reactions after treatment,joint swelling,joint pain,pressure pain,and limitation of flexion activities.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%(47/50),which was higher than that of 70.00%(35/50)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in knee function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 and 2 courses of treatment,the knee function scores of the observation group were(71.52±7.01)and(91.62±5.42)points,which were higher than those of(60.69±5.19)and(83.73±5.51)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.00%(4/50),which was lower than that of 56.00%(28/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the joint swelling in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the proportions of joint pain,pressure pain and limitation of flexion activities in the observation group were 26.00%(13/50),18.00%(9/50)and 14.00%(7/50),which were lower than those of 52.00%(26/50),46.00%(23/50)and 58.00%(29/50)in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning acupoint injection has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis,which can significantly improve the joint swelling,joint pain,pressure pain,flexion activities,postoperative indicator,mental health and quality of life of patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,which is worthy of clinical reference.
