微生物检验对医院感染发生率降低以及临床合理用药产生的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of microbiological test on the reduction of the incidence of nosocomial infection and clinical rational drug use

目的分析微生物检验对医院感染发生率降低以及临床合理用药产生的影响。方法通过便利抽样法选取2019年6月~2020年6月期间住院治疗的200例患者设为对照组,另选取2020年7月~2021年7月期间住院治疗的200例患者设为观察组。对照组未进行临床微生物检验,观察组进行临床微生物检验。对比两组医院感染发生率及感染程度、合理用药率。结果观察组医院感染发生率2.50%低于对照组的12.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医院感染程度轻于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(Z=2.744,P=0.006<0.05)。观察组合理用药率95.50%高于对照组的67.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微生物检验对医院感染发生率降低以及临床合理用药具有积极的促进作用,依据微生物检验结果制定针对性的治疗方案,不仅可以提高治疗效果,还能增加用药的安全性。

Objective To analyze the effect of microbiological test on the reduction of the incidence of nosocomial infection and clinical rational drug use.Methods 200 patients hospitalized from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the control group by convenience sampling method,and another 200 patients hospitalized from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the observation group.The control group did not perform clinical microbiological test,and the observation group did clinical microbiological test.The incidence of nosocomial infection,infection degree and rational drug use rate were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of nosocomial infection of 2.50%in the observation group was lower than that of 12.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The infection degree in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rational drug use rate of 95.50%in the observation group was higher than that of 67.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Microbiological test plays a positive role in promoting the reduction of the incidence of nosocomial infection and the clinical rational drug use.The formulation of targeted treatment plan based on the results of microbiological test can not only improve the therapeutic effect,but also increase the safety of medication.
