通窍耳聋丸治疗眩晕的疗效研究

Study on efficacy of Tongqiao Er-long pill in treating vertigo

目的研究通窍耳聋丸治疗眩晕的临床疗效。方法320例眩晕患者,随机分为单纯西药组和中西药结合组,各160例。单纯西药组给予倍他司汀与银杏达莫注射液治疗,中西药结合组在单纯西药组基础上给予通窍耳聋丸治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、症状改善与残余症状持续时间及治疗前后[给药前(T0)、给药1周后(T1)、给药4周(T2)]眩晕残障评定量表(DHI)评分降低率。结果中西药结合组治疗总有效率为90.63%,高于单纯西药组的83.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(T0-T1)/T0及(T1-T2)/T1,中西药结合组总分(DHI-T)、躯体(DHI-P)、情感(DHI-E)、功能(DHI-F)评分降低率分别为(48.44±3.96)、(58.68±4.81)、(44.83±3.73)、(41.92±4.88)%及(28.61±1.93)、(28.63±2.73)、(27.42±1.75)、(28.80±2.28)%,均高于单纯西药组的(32.62±3.39)、(33.72±2.53)、(26.96±2.83)、(37.32±3.46)%及(26.38±2.14)、(22.47±2.21)、(23.93±2.08)、(22.69±2.13)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中西药结合组症状改善及残余症状持续时间分别为(3.32±2.64)、(8.46±2.12)d,均短于单纯西药组的(6.49±1.14)、(12.36±2.54)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选用通窍耳聋丸治疗眩晕疗效显著,可明显缓解眩晕症状,且症状改善时间快,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Tongqiao Er-long pill in treating vertigo.Methods A total of 320 vertigo patients were randomly divided into western medicine group and combined Chinese and western medicine group,with 160 cases in each group.Western medicine group was treated with betahistine and Ginkgo-damole injection,and combined Chinese and western medicine group was treated with Tongqiao Er-long pill on the basis of the western medicine group.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,duration of and residual symptoms,and the decrease rate of dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)score before and after treatment[before medication(T0),1 week after medication(T1)and 4 weeks after medication(T2)].Results The total effective rate of the combined Chinese and western medicine group was 90.63%,which was higher than that of 83.13%of western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of(T0-T1)/T0 and(T1-T2)/T1,the scores on total DHI(DHI-T),DHI physical disorder score(DHI-P),DHI emotional disorder(DHI-E)and DHI dysfunction(DHI-F)in the combined Chinese and western medicine group were decreased by(48.44±3.96),(58.68±4.81),(44.83±3.73)and(41.92±4.88)%and(28.61±1.93),(28.63±2.73),(27.42±1.75),(28.80±2.28)%,which were higher than those of(32.62±3.39),(33.72±2.53),(26.96±2.83),(37.32±3.46)%and(26.38±2.14),(22.47±2.21),(23.93±2.08),(22.69±2.13)%in the western medicine group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom improvement time and duration of residual symptoms were(3.32±2.64)and(8.46±2.12)d in the combined Chinese and western medicine group,which were shorter than those of(6.49±1.14)and(12.36±2.54)d in the western medicine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongqiao Er-long pill is effective in the treatment of vertigo,and can obviously relieve the symptoms of vertigo quickly,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
