留置业务用房标准研究

Study on the Standard of Lien Business House

梳理国内留置场所的现状,根据留置业务要求,从总体布局、功能设置、交通组织、建筑安全防护4个方面对留置业务用房的布局及特点进行分析,总结归纳出适用于留置业务的具体建筑指标和实践细节,重点对留置室和谈话室内部设计进行分析。经探讨得出结论:因国内各省、市、地区政治、经济等发展情况不同,涉案件数存在差异,在设计时应因地制宜,设置地域性留置业务用房。

This paper reviews the current situation of lien sites in China.According to the requirements of lien business,the layout and characteristics of lien business house are analyzed from four aspects:overall layout,function setting,traffic organization and building safety protection.The specific building indicators and practical details applicable to the the specific building indicators and practical details applicable to the indenture business are summarized,and the design of the indenture room and the talk room are analyzed.After discussion,the conclusion is drawn that the number of cases involved is different due to the different political and economic development of various provinces and regions in China,and the design should be adapted to local conditions,so as to provide guarantee for the harmonious development of society.
