摘要 无损检测属于混凝土抗压强度检测中的常见方法,其特点在于以不损伤待测结构为前提获得相对准确的测试结果。论文中取4种强度等级的混凝土试件,综合考虑现阶段业内主流的无损检测方法(超声波、冲击共振波、冲击回波),根据试验检测结果判断不同应力波波速与抗压强度的相关性。结果显示,此类波速不受到设计强度等级的影响,综合来看,冲击回波法是一项可行性较高的无损检测方法。 Nondestructive testing(NDT)is a common method in testing concrete compressive strength,which is characterized by obtaining relatively accurate test results on the premise of not damaging the structure to be tested.In this paper,four strength grades of concrete specimens were selected,and the mainstream nondestructive testing methods(ultrasonic wave,resonance wave and echo shock)were comprehensively considered.According to the test results,the correlation between different stress wave velocities and compressive strength was determined.The results show that this kind of wave velocity is not affected by the design intensity level,and the impact echo method is a relatively feasible nondestructive testing method.
