摘要
介绍了火力发电厂建设施工项目管理的重要性,并从施工成本管理、进度管理和风险管理3个方面进行了研究,总结了火力发电厂施工成本管理中人工费用支出过高、材料采购不规范等现状,并提出了相应的管理策略,强调企业及项目承包方要加强施工人工费用和材料费用的控制,完善项目进度计划管理制度,提高项目管理水平。
This paper introduces the importance of the construction project management of thermal power plant,and makes the study from three aspects:the construction cost management,project schedule management and construction project risk management.It summarizes the current situation of the construction cost management of thermal power plant,such as excessive labor expenses and non-standard material procurement,and puts forward corresponding management strategies.It is emphasized that enterprises and project contractors should strengthen the control of construction labor costs and material costs,improve the project schedule management system,and improve the level of project management.
