Suicidal behavior among MSM:a Meta-analysis

目的 系统评价国内MSM的自杀行为。方法 计算机检索万方、维普、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、Pubmed、CINAHL、EMbase、Web of Science和The Cochrane Library数据库,检索时间均从建库至2022年12月30日。结果 纳入30篇文献(28项研究),共计样本量14 020例。Meta分析结果显示,MSM自杀意念率为24.04%(95%CI:19.35~29.05)、自杀计划率为5.46%(95%CI:3.81~7.37)、自杀未遂率为7.19%(95%CI:4.01~11.18),其中自杀未遂≥2次占有自杀未遂史MSM的28.13%(95%CI:14.12~44.41)。亚组分析结果显示,调查时间≥2020年、HIV感染后、华中地区(根据研究调查地划分地理分区)、失业、高中及以下学历、未婚/离异/丧偶、有抑郁症状、性向是同性恋的MSM自杀意念率更高。结论 国内MSM自杀行为发生率较高,应加强对MSM心理健康的关注,制定有效措施以预防MSM自杀行为的发生。

Objective To systematically review the suicidal behavior of men who have sex with men(MSM)in China.Methods Wanfang Data,VIP,CNKI,CBM,Pubmed,CINAHL,EMbase,Web of Science and The Cochrane Library were searched from inception to December 30,2022.Results A total of 30 articles(28 studies)with 14020 participants were included.Meta-analysis showed that the incidence of suicidal ideation was 24.04%(95%CI:19.35%-29.05%),suicidal plan was 5.46%(95%CI:3.81%-7.37%),and attempted suicide was 7.19%(95%CI:4.01%-11.18%).And attempted suicide≥twice accounted for 28.13%(95%CI:14.12%-44.41%)of MSM with attempted suicide history.Subgroup analysis showed that the incidences of suicidal ideation were higher in MSM investigated after 2020,infected HIV,from central China(geographical regions identified according to researches),unemployed,had high school degree or below,unmarried/divorced/widowed,with depressive symptoms,and with homosexual sexual orientation.Conclusions The incidence of suicidal behavior among MSM in China is high.More attention should be paid to the mental health of MSM,and effective measures should be taken to prevent the occurrence of suicidal behavior among MSM.
