摘要
为解决综采工作面开采过程中上隅角瓦斯易超限的问题,采用地面采动井来进行采动区裂隙带瓦斯抽采。基于综采工作面开采后形成的“O”形圈理论,借鉴沁水盆地已实施的采动井施工经验,并经理论计算最终确定了采动井的最佳布置层位,即:水平层位布置在距回风巷一侧42 m,垂直层位为钻井末端距采空区底部22 m。通过采动井运行前后的实测对比,上隅角瓦斯浓度由0.76%降低并稳定至0.35%,工作面瓦斯涌出量降低了2.08 m3/min,工作面最终实现了采中和采后的连续抽采。研究结果表明,采动井高效抽采有效杜绝了综采工作面瓦斯超限,在岳城矿的推广应用为其他类似矿井综采面的瓦斯治理提供了解决方案。
Aiming at the frequent gas overrun in upper corner during fully mechanized mining face mining,the surface mining well was used for gas extraction in the fracture zone of the mining area.Based on the theory of“O”shaped circle formed after the mining and the experience of other mining wells in Qinshui Basin,the optimal layout of mining wells is determined.The test results show that the horizontal level is 42 m away from the side of the air return roadway,and the vertical level is 22 m from the end of the drilling to the bottom of the goaf.After the operation of the mining well,the gas concentration in the upper corner decreased and stabilized to 0.35%from 0.76%,and the gas emission from the working face was 2.08 m 3/min lower.In addition,the continuous extraction during and after mining was realized.The high efficiency extraction of the mining well effectively ca eliminate the gas overrun in the fully mechanized mining face,and the promotion and application in Yuecheng Mine can provide a solution for gas control in other similar mines.
