在贯彻落实党的二十大提出的以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线,加强和改进党的民族工作,全面推进民族团结进步事业的重大部署中,孔繁森精神具有重要的时代内涵和实践价值。孔繁森同志作为援藏驻藏干部的优秀代表,以感人至深的崇高品德和光辉业绩赢得了西藏各族群众的信任和爱戴,是促进民族团结进步、铸牢中华民族共同体意识忠诚的卓越的践行者。老西藏精神(孔繁森精神)以其特有的精神内核和“场域”特征,展现出在中国共产党人精神谱系中铸牢中华民族共同体意识的坐标方位。按照传承弘扬中国共产党伟大精神的时代要求,从构筑中华民族共有精神家园、共同走向社会主义现代化、加强各民族交往交流交融、防范化解重大风险等铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要任务入手,阐释孔繁森精神所蕴含的铸牢中华民族共同体意识的特质,探求孔繁森精神的内涵与铸牢中华民族共同体意识的高度契合性、内在逻辑和实践要求。

For the comprehensive implementation of major plans put forward at the 2Oth CPC National Congress,which include taking fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation as the guiding principle,improving and strengthening the Party's ethnic work,and promoting ethnic unity and progress in all aspects,Kong Fansen spirit has an important connotation and practical value in the new era.Kong Fansen,an outstanding representative of cadres aiding Tibet and stationed in Tibet,wins the trust and esteem of people of all ethnic groups in Tibet with his touching noble personality and splendor accomplishments;he is indeed one of the most loyal and distinguished practitioners for promoting ethnic unity and progress,as well as for fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.The old Tibetan spirit(Kong Fansen spirit),with its unique spiritual core and characteristic of"field,"demonstrates the importance and pivotal position of fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation in the long line of inspiring principles of Chinese communists.In line with upholding the great spirit of the Communist Party of China in step with the time,we should start with some of the most essential missions,including constructing a shared spiritual home for the Chinese nation,facilitating the march of all ethnic groups toward socialist modernization,strengthening exchanges and interactions among different ethnic groups in China,and fending off and defusing major risks,by which we can interpret the idea of fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation that is embedded in Kong Fansen spirit and explore implications of Kong Fansen spirit,its high compatibility with fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,the inner logic behind,and its requirements for our practices.
