On the Literary and Artistic Governance Discourse with Distinctive Chinese Characteristics:Character of Person,Types and Effects

中国特色文艺治理话语传达着文艺治理主体的价值理念,既对文本意义的生产实践有着规范和引领作用,又能满足推动文化建设与文化力量彰显的目标需要。在文艺治理的历史实践中,文艺与人民、文艺与现实的关系问题一直备受关注与重视,人民性品格和现实性品格是中国特色文艺治理话语的鲜明特征。依据使用主体的不同,可将文艺治理话语分为三种,即主导性文艺治理话语、贯彻式文艺治理话语和个人化文艺治理话语。对中国特色文艺治理话语的研究能够对包括知识分子和文艺活动在内的文艺生态塑造,以及国家文化领导权在文艺中的确立与构建都有重要的借鉴意义,也对中国化“人学”文艺话语体系的建构以及中国式文艺治理时代效应的彰显有较强的推动作用。

The discourse of literary and artistic governance with distinctive Chinese characteristics conveys the value concept of the subject of literary and artistic governance,which not only plays a normative and leading role in the production practice of textual meaning,but also meets the target needs of promoting cultural construction and manifesting cultural power.In the historical practice of literary and artistic governance,the relationships between literature art and the people,between literature art and reality have always been concerned and emphasized,and the character of people and of reality are the distinctive characteristics of the discourse of literary and artistic governance with Chinese features.There are three types of literary and artistic governance discourse according to differently employed subjects,namely,dominant literary and artistic governance discourse,implemented and personalized ones.The discourse of literary and artistic governance with distinctive Chinese characteristics shapes the literary and artistic ecology,including literary and artistic intellectuals and activities,and plays an important role in the establishment and construction of cultural leadership,which strongly promotes the construction of the Chinese literary discourse of Human Studies and highlights the contemporary effects of Chinese-style literary and artistic governance.
