引入非国有资本提升了国有企业的创新吗?

Does the Introduction of Non-State Capital Promote the Innovation of SOEs?

文章以2003—2020年我国沪深A股国有上市公司为样本,基于混合所有制改革背景,从创新投入和创新产出两个维度入手,实证分析非国有资本参股对国有企业创新活动的影响。研究发现,国有企业引入非国有资本后,国有资本和非国有资本股权融合度越高,国有企业的创新绩效越好,并且其申请的发明专利和实用新型专利的数量越多。上述研究发现对新时期更好地推进国有企业开展混合所有制改革,更有效地提升国有企业创新绩效具有借鉴意义。

This article empirically analyzes the impact of non-state capital participation on innovation input and innovation output of state-owned enterprises based on the background of mixed ownership reform.Us⁃ing state-owned listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares from 2003 to 2020 as a sample,the study finds that after the introduction of non-state capital by state-owned enterprises,the higher the degree of integration of state-owned and non-state capital equity,the better the innovation performance of stateowned enterprises,and the more invention patents and utility model patents they apply for.The above re⁃search findings provide evidence for promoting mixed ownership reform of SOEs and more effectively improving innovation performance of SOEs.
