新型冠状病毒感染疫情期间养老机构工作人员感染控制知信行现状调查及影响因素分析

Knowledge,attitude and practice of infection control among staff in nursing instituions for the elderly during the COVID-19 pandemic

目的了解新型冠状病毒感染疫情期间上海市青浦区养老机构工作人员感控知信行现状并分析影响因素。方法采用网络自愿填报方式对青浦区22家469名养老机构工作人员感控知识、信念、行为进行问卷调查,使用独立样本t检验、单因素方差分析和多元线性回归分析影响因素。结果工作人员感控知识、信念和行为得分率分别为63.35%、88.86%和90.15%。设置隔离观察室是养老机构工作人员感控知信行得分高的主要影响因素,学历低、收入低是得分低的影响因素,培训次数(不少于3次)是积极的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论工作人员对感控持积极信念,行为上主动参与,建议构建养老机构感控专业培训体系,分层次反复多次开展理论与实操培训,提高感控专业能力。

Objective To understand the current status of knowledge,attitude and practice of infection control among staff in nursing institutions for the elderly in Qingpu District,Shanghai during the COVID-19 pandemic and analyze the influencing factors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 469 employees of 22 nursing institutions for the elderly in Qingpu District on knowledge,attitude and practice of infection control of COVID-19 through online voluntary reporting,and independent sample t-test,one-way ANOVA and multivariate linear regression were used to analyze the influencing factors.Results The correct rates of infection control knowledge,attitude and practice were 63.35%,88.86% and 90.15%,respectively.Setting up an isolation observation room was the main influencing factor for high score of knowledge,attitude and practice of the staff in nursing institutions for the elderly,and low level of education and income was the influencing factors for low score,and the number of training(not less than 3 times)was a positive influencing factor(P<0.05).Conclusion The staff have positive beliefs about infection control and the attitude and practice are positive.It's suggested to establish a professional training system of infection control in nursing institutions for the elderly,and carry out theoretical and practical training repeatedly at different levels to improve the professional ability of infection control.
