平衡火罐联合耳尖放血对慢性肾脏病相关瘙痒的疗效观察

Effects of balanced cupping combined with ear-tip bloodletting on pruritus associated with chronic kidney disease

目的 探讨平衡火罐联合耳尖放血对慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)相关瘙痒的干预疗效。方法 纳入2020年10月至2021年4月在江苏省中医院肾内科就诊4~5期CKD伴皮肤瘙痒的患者60例,随机分为对照组及试验组,各30例。对照组采用常规治疗和皮肤护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予平衡火罐联合耳尖放血疗法治疗。以尿毒症皮肤瘙痒评分为主要疗效指标,生活质量量表评分为次要疗效指标评估干预效果。结果 治疗后,两组尿毒症皮肤瘙痒评分总分及各项得分较治疗前均降低(P <0.05),且试验组症状与体征、睡眠及总分改善程度优于对照组(P <0.05)。两组生活质量量表评分总分及各项得分较治疗前均降低(P <0.05),且试验组改善程度优于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗期间未观察到不良反应。结论在常规治疗及皮肤护理基础上给予平衡火罐联合耳尖放血可改善CKD相关瘙痒,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of balancing cupping combined with ear-tip bloodletting on pruritus of chronic kidney disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with stage 4 to 5 chronic kidney disease with pruritus who treated in the department of nephrology,Jiangsu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to April 2021 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,and 30 cases each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment and nursing,and the experimental group was treated with balanced cupping combined with ear-tip bloodletting on the basis of the control group.Evaluate the intervention effect with the uremic skin itching score as the primary efficacy indicator and the quality of life scale score as the secondary efficacy indicator.Results After treatment,the total score and various scores of uremic skin itching score in both groups decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of symptoms and signs,sleep,and total score in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total score and various scores of life scales in both groups decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of the experimental group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were observed during the treatment period.Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment and skin nursing,the combination of balanced cupping and ear-tip bloodletting can improve the pruritus of chronic kidney disease and the quality of life of patients.
