页岩气开发中电动泵压裂技术应用的效益分析

摘要 以柴油驱动的压裂泵为主的页岩气开发工程装备存在单机功率小、自动化程度低、购置成本和维护费用高、且对环境具有一定的噪声和空气污染等缺点,无法满足现今页岩气井工厂高效低成本连续压裂施工和绿色低碳的发展诉求。通过使用成熟的成套电驱的压裂泵、混砂和混配等装备,将其规模化应用到页岩气压裂中,达到降低施工成本、“电动开发”、“绿色开发”已经刻不容缓。 The equipment used in shale gas development projects,predominantly diesel-driven fracturing pumps,has limitations such as low power output,low automation level,high procurement and maintenance costs,and environmental drawbacks such as noise and air pollution.These limitations hinder the efficient and cost-effective continuous fracturing operation and the pursuit of green,low-carbon development in shale gas well pads.To address these challenges,the application of mature electric-driven fracturing pumps,along with sand mixing and blending equipment,is crucial for large-scale implementation in shale gas fracturing.This approach aims to reduce operating costs and meet the pressing demands of“electric-driven development”and“green development.”
