安全生产事关人民福祉,事关经济社会发展大局。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记高度重视安全生产工作,作出一系列关于安全生产的重要论述,一再强调要统筹发展和安全。成立中央审计委员会之后,党中央对审计工作提出了应全方位、全领域覆盖的新要求,国家审计署十四五发展规划也对审计工作提出了加快审计创新发展、消除监督盲区的要求。因此,在企业内部开展安全生产管理审计正是适应时代形势发展的需要。

Workplace safety is of utmost importance for the well-being of the people and the overall socio-economic development.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has placed high importance on workplace safety and made significant statements emphasizing the need to integrate development and safety.With the establishment of the Audit Commission of the Central Audit Committee,the CPC Central Committee has presented new comprehensive requirements for audit work,calling for its coverage across all areas.The Fourteenth Five-Year Development Plan of the National Audit Office also highlights the need to accelerate innovative audit practices and eliminate supervision blind spots.Therefore,conducting workplace safety management auditing within enterprises is an essential response to the evolving demands of the current era.
