摘要
以肠道微生物作为切入点,基于脑肠轴(GBA)理论从肾-肠道微生物、肾-脑、脾胃-肠道微生物、脾胃-脑四个方面阐述先后天之本脾肾与高血压的关系。提出GBA与脾肾是不同医学体系下对高血压调控重要机制的高度概括,脾肾不足则GBA失调,从而影响高血压的发病,其机制可能与下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴、肠道菌群代谢产物、脑肠肽等相关。由此提出健运脾胃法和补肾法是治疗高血压的重要治法,体现了中医治病求本的思想。
Using gut microbes as an entry point and based on the theory of gut-brain axis(GBA),the relationship between the congenital foundation,the foundation of acquired constitution spleen and kidney,and hypertension is discussed from four aspects:kidney-gut microbes,kidney-brain,spleen and stomach-gut microbes,spleen and stomach-brain.It is suggested that GBA and spleen and kidney are high generalization of the important mechanism of hypertension regulation under different medical systems.Deficiency of spleen and kidney may lead to dysregulation of GBA,which affects the pathogenesis of hypertension.The mechanism may be related to the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis,metabolites of intestinal flora,and brain-intestinal peptides,etc.Therefore,it is suggested that invigorating the spleen and stomach and invigorating kidney are important methods to treat hypertension,which embodies the idea of seeking the root causes of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
