中西医结合治疗早期妊娠合并结缔组织病感染SARS-CoV-2个案报道

Case Report of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of SARS-CoV-2 in Early Pregnancy Complicated with Connective Tissue Disease

孕产妇为新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)的易感人群,在疫情流行的特殊时期,如何降低孕产妇妊娠早期先兆流产的发生至关重要。早期妊娠合并结缔组织病感染SARS-CoV-2患者病情复杂,且病例报道较少,因此文章报道1例早期妊娠合并结缔组织病感染SARS-CoV-2的病例,并探讨其早孕期管理、用药方案、中西医结合治疗的可行性,为早期妊娠合并结缔组织病感染SARS-CoV-2的诊治提供临床依据。

Pregnant women are susceptible to the SARS-CoV-2.In the special period of epidemic,how to reduce the occurrence of threatened abortion in early pregnancy is very important.The condition of SARS-CoV-2 patients with connective tissue disease in early pregnancy is complex,and case reports are few.Therefore,this article reports a case of SARS-CoV-2 infection with connective tissue disease in early pregnancy,and discusses the feasibility of early pregnancy management,medication regimen,and integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment,to provide clinical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of SARS-CoV-2 in early pregnancy complicated with connective tissue disease.
