摘要
用自行设计的方法挤压出6063铝合金内螺纹管,采用EBSD技术分析了挤压温度为460℃时,挤压速度(60 mm/min~120 mm/min)对6063铝合金内螺纹管管壁组织的影响。研究结果表明:在恒定的挤压温度(460℃)下,管壁横截面主要是周向带状晶,纵截面主要是轴向带状晶。随着挤压速度升高,管壁横纵截面晶粒尺寸均增大;当挤压速度为120 mm/min时,管壁横、纵截面晶粒尺寸达到最大值,分别为17.05μm和11.64μm;挤压速度为60 mm/min时,管壁的晶粒尺寸较小,均匀化程度最好。
A self-designed method was used to extrude 6063 aluminum alloy internally threaded pipes.EBSD technology was used to analyze the effect of extrusion temperature of 460℃ and extrusion speed of 60 mm/min-120 mm/min on the wall structure of 6063 aluminum alloy internally threaded pipes.The research results indicate that at a constant extrusion temperature of 460℃,the transverse section of the pipe wall is mainly composed of circumferential banded crystals,while the longitudinal section is mainly composed of axial banded crystals.As the extrusion speed increases,the grain size of the transverse and longitudinal sections of the pipe wall increases.When the extrusion speed is 120 mm/min,the grain size of the transverse and longitudinal sections of the pipe wall reaches the maximum value,which is 17.05μm and 11.64μm respectively.When the extrusion speed is 60 mm/min,the grain size of the pipe wall is smaller and the degree of uniformity is the best.
