摘要
在国有企业改革的背景下推行人才队伍建设,可以有效提升企业核心竞争力。文章为国有企业人才队伍建设工作评价建立了指标体系,通过设置调查问卷收集相关数据,基于熵权法,以某国有勘察设计公司为例,对国有企业在人才队伍建设工作中的不足进行了分析。研究结果显示:员工对企业人才队伍建设工作评价整体不高,其中“人才培养”和“人才规划”两个指标的工作评价最低;在岗位序列中,管理序列对人才队伍建设工作的评价最低;在职称序列中,正高和副高职称人才分组对人才队伍建设工作评价相对较低。最后,文章针对这些问题提出了一系列改善建议。本文的研究结果为国有企业改革提供了新视角,同时为提升企业核心竞争力提供了新思路。
Under the background of the state-owned enterprise reform,implementing talent team building can effectively enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.This article establishes an index system for evaluating the work of talent team building in state-owned enterprises and collects relevant data through survey questionnaires.Based on the entropy weight method,a case study is conducted on a state-owned survey and design company to analyze the deficiencies of state-owned enterprises in talent team building work.The research results indicate that the overall evaluation of talent team building in the surveyed enterprise is relatively low,with the"talent cultivation"and"talent planning"indicators receiving the lowest ratings.In terms of job sequences,the management sequence gives the lowest evaluation of talent team building work,while within the professional title sequence,personnel with senior and associate senior titles demonstrate relatively lower assessments of talent team building work.Finally,the article proposes a series of improvement suggestions for these issues.The research results of this article provide a new perspective for state-owned enterprise reform and offer new approaches for enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.
