桂枝汤加减治疗产后荨麻疹疗效观察

Effect observation of modified Guizhi decoction on postpartum urticaria

目的:探讨桂枝汤加减治疗在产后荨麻疹患者中的应用。方法:依据随机数字表法分配原则将60例产后荨麻疹患者分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组给予炉甘石洗剂外用联合氯雷他定片口服治疗,观察组给予炉甘石洗剂外用联合桂枝汤加减治疗。两组均治疗28 d,随访3个月。对比两组治疗后的临床疗效,治疗前后的临床症状积分、免疫功能、血清组胺、白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-2(IL-2)水平、生活质量评分,治疗期间安全性。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率96.67%高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者临床症状各项评分、血清组胺、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、IL-4、IL-2水平与治疗前比较均降低,其中观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);血清补体3(C3)、补体4(C4)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)水平、生活质量各项评分则升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:产后荨麻疹患者应用桂枝汤加减治疗具有较显著的临床治疗效果,可提高生活质量,可改善患者临床症状以及免疫功能,还对机体的炎症因子水平有明显抑制作用,降低其复发率。

Objective:To explore the application of modified guizhi decoction in the treatment of postpartum urticaria.Methods:According to the principle of random number table,60 cases of postpartum urticaria were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases).The control group was treated with calamine lotion for external use combined with loratadine tablets orally,while the observation group was treated with calamine lotion for external use combined with Guizhi decoction.Both groups were treated for 28 d and followed up for 3 months.The clinical efficacy after treatment,the scores of clinical symptom,immune function,the levels of serum histamine,Interleukin-4(IL-4),Interleukin-2(IL-2)and the score of quality of life before and after treatment,safety evaluation during treatment,and recurrence rate after 3 months of follow-up were compared among the two groups.Results:Compared with the total clinical effective rate of 76.67%in the control group,96.67%in the observation group after treatment was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of clinical symptom,levels of serum histamine,Immunoglobulin E(IgE),IL-4 and IL-2 patients in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the latter was lower than that of the control group in the observation group(P<0.05),while the levels of serum Complement 3(C3),Complement 4(C4),Immunoglobulin A(IgA)and quality of life scores increased in the observation group,which was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:Patients with postpartum urticaria treated with modified Guizhi decoction had significant clinical therapeutic effect and quality of life,which could improve clinical symptoms and immune function of patients,and significantly inhibit the level of inflammatory factors in the body to reduce the recurrence rate.
