浅议《黄帝内经》中“神”在针灸辨治抑郁症中的应用

Discussion on Application of"Shen"in Huang Di Nei Jing in Acupuncture Treatment of Depression

抑郁症是临床常见、多发的精神障碍性疾病,为中医“形神共病”之疾。《黄帝内经》所述之“神”与抑郁症发生、发展密切相关,并且,“神”在针灸临床辨治中发挥着重要的指导作用。针灸治病在于调气,气是沟通和衔接“形”与“神”之间的重要物质;“神”是生命的本原,是人体精神活动的外在表现;针灸通过刺激腧穴以激发经气,进而调节脏腑功能以调“神”,使“神”得以内藏,达到“形与神俱”“阴平阳秘”的健康状态。

Depression is a common and frequently-occurring mental disorder,which is considered a manifestation of the disharmony between form and spirit in traditional Chinese medicine."Shen",as described in Huang Di Nei Jing,is closely related to the occurrence and development of depression,and it plays an important guiding role in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acupuncture.Acupuncture treatment focuses on regulating Qi,which is the vital substance that connects and bridges form and spirit."Shen"is the essence of life and the external manifestation of mental activities in the human body.Acupuncture stimulates acupoints to stimulate meridian Qi,thereby regulating organ functions to adjust"Shen",allowing it to be internally stored,and achieving a healthy state of balance between form and spirit.
