计及保供电交易模式和容量市场的用户侧储能优化配置 被引量:6

摘要 随着用户侧储能系统的容量日渐增大,其既可以参与市场容量交易为大规模间歇性可再生能源并网提供备用容量,也可以参与保供电为电网和用户带来额外收益。结合市场容量与保供电这两种辅助服务,提出一种计及容量市场和保供电交易模式的用户侧储能优化配置方法。首先,基于网侧应急电源车保供电行为,建立用户侧储能实现保供电替换功能的数学模型,并提出电网和用户之间的保供电交易模式。其次,将用户侧储能保供电场景细化为完全保供电、部分保供电和无保供电,量化用户侧储能的保供电收益。然后,考虑容量市场和保供电交易模式建立保供电效益−储能双层优化模型,外层以用户全寿命周期内净收益最大为最终目标,优化保供电负荷比例、用户侧储能额定容量以及其额定充放电功率,内层以用户日收益最大为目标优化储能充放电策略。算例结果表明,计及容量市场和保供电交易模式后,可提高用户侧储能投资容量,降低电网尖峰负荷,为电网和用户两者带来更多收益。 The increasing capacity of user-side energy storage system can not only participate in capacity market transactions to provide reserve capacity for large-scale intermittent renewable energy grid connection,but also participate in ensuring power supply to bring additional benefits to the grid and users.Combining the two auxiliary services of capacity market and power supply,we propose an optimal allocation method of user-side energy storage system considering capacity market and power supply transaction mode.Firstly,based on the power supply behavior of the traditional grid-side emergency power supply vehicle,a mathematical model of the user-side energy storage system to realize the power supply replacement function is established,and a power supply transaction mode between the grid and users is proposed.Secondly,the power supply scenario of user-side energy storage is refined into full power supply,partial power supply and no power supply,and the power supply benefit of user-side energy storage is quantified.Then,the power supply transaction mode between the capacity market and the network load is taken into account,and a bi-level optimization model of power supply benefit and user-side energy storage system is established.The upper level takes the maximum net income of users in the whole life cycle as the ultimate goal,and the proportion of guaranteed power supply load,the rated capacity of user-side energy storage and its rated charging and discharging power is optimized;the lower level takes the maximum daily income of users as the objective to optimize the charging and discharging strategy of user-side energy storage system.Finally,the calculation results show that after taking into account the capacity market and the power supply transaction mode,the capacity of user-side energy storage system can be improved,the peak load of the grid can be reduced,and more benefits can be brought to the grid and users.
