含本征型弹性体聚丙烯合金的力学与电气性能 被引量:1

摘要 在国家“碳达峰、碳中和”的战略背景下,发展环保型热塑性聚丙烯(PP)电缆绝缘材料已成为高压输电领域的重要趋势之一。为实现PP电缆绝缘材料的国产化,选用中石化自主生产的均聚PP和含本征型弹性体的PP合金为研究对象,系统研究了微观橡胶相、晶体结构与力学、电气性能的关系,并分析其应用于环保型热塑性电缆的潜力。结果表明,PP合金样品(4号)的橡胶相含量较多,尺寸较小,表现出良好的韧性和绝缘性能,但其弯曲模量和介电损耗是后续仍需解决的重要问题。接下来,结合化学共聚改性和物理共混改性,进一步优化橡胶相的含量和尺寸并减少催化剂残留,有望实现PP电缆绝缘材料的国产化应用。 The development of polypropylene(PP)-based insulation materials used in the environmentally friendly and thermoplastic cables is one of the major trends in the field of high-voltage power transmission as part of the“carbon peak and carbon neutrality”strategy.In order to realize the localization of PP-based insulation materials used in the cables,we studied the mechanical and electrical properties of Sinopec’s homopolymerized PP and PP alloy containing intrinsic elastomer,as well as their potential applications in environmentally friendly thermoplastic high-voltage cables.The results show that the PP alloy sample(no.4)has a higher content and smaller size of rubbery phase,as well as superior toughness and insulating properties,whereas its flexural modulus and dielectric loss should be addressed.In the future,chemical copolymerization and physical blending modifications will be further studied to optimize the content and size of rubber phase and reduce the catalyst residues,thus realizing the localization of PP-based insulation materials in the cables.
