人工修枝对尾巨桉胶合板性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为给桉树胶合板材定向培育和集约经营提供参考,以尾巨桉(Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis)人工林为研究对象,设置人工修枝与自然整枝处理,采用2种处理材制作普通胶合板,对比分析胶合板的物理力学性能。结果表明,胶合板物理力学性能均符合国家标准。与自然整枝材比较,人工修枝材生产的胶合板较优,其含水率高出5.37%,胶合强度高出17.24%,顺纹静曲强度高出11.64%,横纹静曲强度高出16.78%,顺纹弹性模量高出12.43%,横纹弹性模量高出10.72%,甲醛释放量降低13.33%,人工修枝处理能提高胶合板质量。 In order to provide reference for targeted cultivation and intensive management of eucalypt plywood timbers,taking Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis plantations as research objects,ordinary plywoods were produced by artificial pruning and natural pruning woods,which physical and mechanical properties were analyzed.Results showed that physical and mechanical properties of plywoods reached national standard.Compared with natural prunning woods,plywoods produced by artificial prunning woods were better,of which moisture content increased by 5.37%,bonding strength increased by 17.24%,longitudinal bending strength increased by 11.64%,tangential bending strength increased by 16.78%,longitudinal elastic modulus increased by 12.43%,tangential elastic modulus increased by 10.72%,and formaldehyde emission decreased by 13.33%.Artificial pruning treatment could improve quality of plywoods.
