普惠金融减贫助力实现共同富裕研究

Research on the Poverty Alleviation Facilitation of Inclusive Finance in Achieving Common Prosperity

消除贫困、实现共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是当前中国实现社会主义现代化的重要目标,而利用普惠金融进行扶贫减贫是落实共同富裕政策的关键举措。文章首先对普惠金融减贫效应的相关概念进行界定,然后运用中国31个省份的面板数据对普惠金融推进共同富裕的路径进行实证检验,研究结果显示:从全国层面看,普惠金融的减贫效应可以提高居民资金利用效率,减少相对贫困并促进共同富裕;从区域层面看,普惠金融的减贫效应从东部地区向西部地区逐渐增强,说明普惠金融通过缩小东、中、西部地区的发展差距,促进区域协调发展,助力实现共同富裕。最后,提出了健全普惠金融运行体系、推动普惠金融减贫效应区域差异化发挥、协同数字金融发展等对策建议。

The eradication of poverty and the realization of common prosperity constitute essential requirements of socialism and are pivotal goals for China's pursuit of socialist modernization.Leveraging inclusive finance for poverty alleviation stands as a key measure in implementing the policy of common prosperity.This paper first defines the relevant concepts of the poverty alleviation effects of inclusive finance and then employs panel data from 31 provinces in China to empirically examine the pathways through which inclusive finance promotes common prosperity.The research findings reveal the following:at the national level,the poverty alleviation effects of inclusive finance enhance the efficiency of residents'capital utilization,diminish relative poverty,and foster common prosperity.At the regional level,the poverty alleviation effects of inclusive finance gradually intensify from the eastern to the western regions,illustrating how inclusive finance narrows the development gap among the eastern,central,and western regions,promotes regional coordinated development,and aids the realization of common prosperity.Lastly,this study proposes strategies such as enhancing the operational system of inclusive finance,promoting differentiated poverty alleviation effects of inclusive finance at the regional level,and fostering collaborative development with digital finance.
