食药监管技术支撑机构申报社会力量科技奖励的思考

Suggestions for official institutes for food and drug control to apply non-government science & technology rewards

食药监管技术支撑机构因历史沿革原因,其研究领域、研究方向、研究基础具有一定特点。社会力量科技奖励具有难度梯度范围广、学术领域覆盖多等特点,可作为科技成果的有力补充,在重大科研项目孵化培育中发挥重要作用。本文初步介绍了我国社会力量科技奖励的定性与现状,通过分析各社会力量科技奖励的特点及历年获奖项目、获奖者、申报单位等信息,总结筛选出适合食药监管技术支撑机构申报的社会力量科技奖励目录,并对申报科技奖励提出了自己的思考。

According to historical evolution,official institutes for food and drug control have different specialties in research fields,priorities and basis.Non-governmental science&technology rewards have the characteristics of wide difficulty range and wide academic coverage,so they can play an important role as powerful supplements in the cultivation of major scientific research projects.In this article,it was described that the definition and current situation of domestic Non-governmental science&technology rewards.By analyzing of specialties,rewards projects/winners,and their institutes,non-government science&technology rewards which suit for official institutes for food and drug control were found and summarized.Therefore,conclusions and suggestions for applying non-governmental science&technology rewards were granted.
