装配式建筑工程技术专业人才培养模式的实践研究——以黄冈职业技术学院为例

摘要 随着建筑业转型升级,建筑工业化的推进,装配式建筑发展成为必然,而装配式建筑行业人才紧缺,新职业成为建筑行业发展的挑战和机遇。大力推行适应装配式建筑发展的人才队伍建设,发展建筑工业化职业教育成为当务之急。本文以黄冈职业技术学院装配式建筑工程技术专业人才培养的实践研究为例,从搭建技术技能创新服务平台,打造国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队,建设在线开放课程、开发活页式、工作手册式新形态教材,教学模式改革等4个方面进行探索和实践,取得了良好的成效。 With the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry andthe advancement of construction industrialization,the development of prefabricated buildings has become inevitable.However,the talent shortage in the prefabricated construction industry has made new professions a challenge and opportunity for the development of the construction industry.Vigorously promoting the construction of a talent team that adapts to the development of prefabricated buildings and developing vocational education for architectural industrialization has become an urgent task.This article takes the reform of talent cultivation in the prefabricated construction engineering technology specialty of Huanggang Polytechnic College as an example,from building a technical skill innovation service platform;building a national level teaching innovation team for vocational education teachers;building online open courses,developing new forms of teaching materials in the form of loose pages and workbooks.Exploration and research have been conducted on four aspects,including the reform of talent cultivation teaching methods,and have been implemented in teaching practice with good results.After the reform,the quality of talent cultivation in prefabricated construction engineering technology has developed healthily,and the pass rate of students’“1+X”certificates has significantly increased.
