丰富多彩的地域文化是中华传统文化的重要组成部分,地域文化中蕴含着丰富的育人资源,具有地域性、长期性、交融性以及多样性的特征。通过分析地域文化的特征、剖析地域文化与中华传统文化之间的关系,对优秀地域文化资源融入高职大学生思想政治教育进行理论探讨。实证研究表明地域文化可以丰富大学生思想政治教育素材,创新教育形式,提升教育实效,同时还能传承和发展地域文化。结合当地的文化资源优势,发挥地域文化在思想政治教育中的育人价值。传承和弘扬地域文化中的精华内容和优秀因子,对于提高高职大学生思想政治教育的实效性、建设当代中国特色社会主义先进文化具有独特的时代价值和重要意义。

The rich and colorful regional culture is an important component of traditional Chinese culture,which contains rich educational resources and has the characteristics of regional,long-term,blending and diversity.By analyzing the characteristics of regional culture and the relationship between regional culture and traditional Chinese culture,this paper theoretically explores the integration of excellent regional cultural resources into the ideological and political education of vocational college students.Empirical research shows that regional culture can enrich the materials of ideological and political education for college students,innovate educational forms,improve educational effectiveness,and also inherit and develop regional culture.Combining the advantages of local cultural resources,leverage the educational value of regional culture in ideological and political education.Inheriting and carrying forward the essence and excellent factors of regional culture has unique era value and important significance for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education of vocational college students and building an advanced socialist culture with contemporary Chinese characteristics.
