高校图书馆与读者互动服务探析

摘要 与读者建立有效的沟通渠道和良好的互动关系,是高校图书馆充分发挥其教育职能为教学和科研提供服务的有力保障。本文从高校图书馆与读者互动的意义出发,深入研究图书馆与读者互动服务的方式,通过对互动方式的实践措施研究,分析读者的需求指数及阅读喜好、阅读方式,满足读者需求,做好读者服务工作,更好地发挥高校图书馆文化窗口和再教育基地的优势。与读者建立一种友善的沟通渠道以及长期有利于彼此的协作机制,激励、鼓励、引导读者阅读行为,从而提升图书馆的服务水平,推动高校图书馆更好地发展。 Establishing effective communication channels and good interactive relationships with readers is a powerful guarantee for university libraries to fully utilize their educational functions and provide services for teaching and scientific research.Starting from the significance of interaction between university libraries and readers,this article delves into the ways in which libraries and readers provide interactive services.Through practical measures of interaction,it analyzes readers’demand index,reading preferences,and reading methods to better meet readers’needs,do a good job in reader service,and better leverage the advantages of university libraries as cultural windows and re education bases.Readers establish a friendly communication channel and a long-term collaborative mechanism that is beneficial to each other,encouraging,and guiding readers’reading behavior,thereby improving the service level of the library and promoting the better development of university libraries.
