模具表面TD法制备碳化物薄膜研究进展

摘要 随着制造业的快速发展,对模具表面性能的要求越来越高。与物理气相沉积、化学气相沉积和热喷涂等表面改性技术相比,TD法具有操作简单、成本低等特点,能在模具表面制备高硬度薄膜,从而提高模具的耐磨性和使用寿命。TD法所用盐浴有硼砂盐浴、中性盐浴、混合盐浴和低温氯化物盐浴。采用TD法制备的薄膜有单元碳化物薄膜和性能更好的多元碳化物薄膜及高熵合金碳化物薄膜。目前TD法已在模具制造行业得到了广泛应用。今后TD法将从制备单元碳化物薄膜向制备多元碳化物和高熵合金碳化物薄膜的方向发展。 With the rapid development of manufacturing industry,the surface performance requirements for die are getting higher and higher.Compared with such surface modification technologies as physical vapor deposition,chemical vapor deposition and thermal spraying,TD process has as characteristics as simple operation,lower cost and so on,and is enabled to fabricate high⁃hardness film on die,thereby to increase both wear resistance and service life of die.The salt baths used in TD process involve borax salt bath,neutral salt bath,mixed salt bath and low⁃temperature chloride salt bath.The films fabricated by TD process involve mono⁃element carbide film,and multi⁃element and high entropy carbide films displaying even better performance.At the present,TD process has been extensively used in die manufacturing industry.In the future,TD process will develop from fabrication of mono⁃element carbide film into fabrication of multi⁃element and high entropy carbide films.
