“以人民为中心”是新时代中国共产党政党理论的重要支撑,发挥着科学理论指导、政党形象价值呈现以及政党文化价值传承的功能。“以人民为中心”是马克思主义科学理论同新时代中国特色社会主义相结合的具体历史产物,是新时代中国共产党的理论标识。从政党形象而言,“以人民为中心”作为中国共产党的核心价值理念,直接呈现了中国共产党革命彻底的先锋队形象,具有政党话语的价值阐释力,成为政党形象与公众之间产生价值共鸣的桥梁。“以人民为中心”也是新时代中国共产党政党文化价值传承的重要载体,为新时代中国共产党政党文化的形成提供了精神动力、价值认同。

“People-Centered”is an important carrier of party theory of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in the new era,which serves the functions of scientific theoretical guidance,presentation of the value of the party image,and inheritance of the value of the party culture.“People-Centered”is a concrete historical product of combining the scientific theory of Marxism and socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and it is the theoretical logo of the CPC in the new era.In terms of the image of the political party,taking“people-centered”as the core political concept of the Communist Party of China,it directly presents the image of the Communist Party of China as a political party that unites and leads the people,and as a political party that is resolute in the revolutionary struggle,and maintains the explanatory power of political propaganda,which serves as a bridge of value resonance between the party and the public.Its externalized value function is directly reflected in the value interpretation power of party discourse,which becomes a bridge between the party image and the public to create value resonance.Furthermore,“People-Centered”is also an important carrier of the value transmission of the CPC culture in the new era,which provides spiritual impetus,value recognition and value cohesion for the formation of the CPC culture in the new era.
