本文将单位组织带入社会治理共同体研究中,对单位组织与社会治理共同体的关系进行探讨,初步回答单位组织参与社会治理共同体建设是否可能以及何以可能的问题。研究表明,单位组织在当前的社会治理中发挥着重要作用。单位组织参与社会治理共同体建设主要遵循“政党引领社会”的内在逻辑,以党建引领这种新模式超越旧有的单位制党建模式,采取以党建促治理的实践路径,通过重塑党组织网络体系、发动党员参与、树立模范和塑造共同体意识等方式,发挥单位组织在完善党组织网络体系、增强组织性与纪律性、宣传动员以及提升成员认同意识等方面的优势。单位组织的参与对推动社会治理共同体建设具有积极作用,未来应进一步重视和发掘单位组织的优势,充分发挥它们在新时代社会治理中的价值。

This paper brings the danwei organization into the social governance community research,and answers the question of whether and how it is possible for the danwei organization to participate in the construction of social governance community.This study finds that danwei organization plays an important role in current social governance.The danwei organization’s participation in the construction of social governance community mainly follows the theoretical logic of“party leading the society”,and in practice shows the implementation mechanism of“promoting governance through party building”.Under the leadership of grassroots party building,danwei organizations exert their advantages in party building organizational system,organization and discipline,publicity and mobilization,and members’sense of community identity.The participation of danwei organization plays a positive role in promoting the construction of social governance community.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,we should pay more attention to explore the organizational advantages of danwei organization,and give full play to its social value in social governance.
