产教融合背景下大数据应用和创新型人才培养研究

Research on Application of Big Data and Cultivation of Innovative Talents Under the Background of Industry-education Integration

产教融合打通了企业、行业和高校之间的壁垒,实现了资源和数据互通,改善了高校人才培养质量和学校运作机制。文中重点对校企协同人才培养模式、课程体系和教育教学保障体系等进行了研究,提出了三段式培养、校企双导师制培养、分方向培养、构建产业大闭环等校企协同人才培养模式,为培养应用和创新型大数据人才提供了解决方案。

The integration of production and education has opened up the barriers between enterprises,industries and colleges and universities,realized the exchange of resources and data,and improved the quality of talent training and the operation mechanism of colleges and universities.This paper focuses on the research on the school-enterprise collaborative talent training model,curriculum system and education and teaching guarantee system,and proposes three-stage training,school-enterprise dual-tutor system training,directional training,and construction of industrial closed-loop school-enterprise collaborative talent training models,which provide solutions for cultivating applied and innovative big data talents.
