在信息技术持续深入发展的背景下,大数据技术在公共服务中的教育、交通、医疗等领域实现了广泛应用,其中也包含机场。对于智慧机场而言,智慧地球、城市理念是其核心,这要求机场陆侧、空侧与航站均实现自动化,并能为广大旅客提供各种智能化服务。在建设智慧机场时,借助大数据,自动化运维可以拥有海量数据的支撑,为旅客提供更具个性化的服务,并推动智慧机场持续、稳定地发展。文中探究了大数据技术在智慧机场中的应用途径,以此来促进智慧机场的建设。

In the context of the continuous and in-depth development of information technology,big data technology has been widely used in education,transportation,medical care and other fields in public services,including airports.For smart airports,the concept of smart earth and city is its core,which requires the airport’s landside,airside and terminal to meet automation,and can provide various intelligent services for the majority of passengers.When building a smart airport,with the help of big data,automated operation and maintenance can be supported by massive data,which can provide passengers with more personalized services,and promote the sustainable and stable development of smart airports.This paper explores the application of big data technology in smart airports to promote the construction of smart airports.
