The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of Minimalism on the use of color in the design of Shiro Kuramata products.Shiro Kuramata is a famous Japanese designer known for his simple and pure design style.This paper reveals the importance of Minimalism to his color application through in-depth research and analysis of the product design works of Shiro Kuramata.His concept of sexual indifference and color is permeated in the design of his products.Through literature analysis,case analysis and research,this paper studies the style causes,case analysis and color anatomy of Shiro Kuramata's product design,and obtains the application skills of Minimalism design colors in product design.
