Color is an important factor in the presentation and emotional expression of oil painting.Through color,artists can express the inherent emotional world in their heart and explore new forms of expression in oil painting.This paper to van gogh's oil painting color use as an example,through the analysis of how he is in his oil paintings through bold,rich color expression processing the real world and spiritual level,explore the combination of his painting color language and thoughts and feelings,in order to a deeper understanding of the concept and meaning of painting color language,study the artist through color language convey information pattern.
