摘要
为了有效提高使用Nandflash作为存储器件的嵌入式设备的可靠性和产品寿命,本文提出一套分区设计方法。通过实践结果表明,该方法实用性强,可作为Nandflash分区的一般性指导原则。
In order to effectively improve the reliability and product life of embedded devices using nandflash as a storage device,this article proposes a partition design method.The practical results show that this method has strong practicality and can serve as a general guiding principle for nandflash partitioning.
