单辛酸甘油酯对肉鸡早期免疫功能和肠道健康的影响

摘要 本试验旨在研究单辛酸甘油酯(GMC)对肉鸡早期免疫功能和肠道健康的影响。选用1日龄健康状况良好且体重相近的爱拔益加(Arbor Acres)公雏180只,随机分为5个组,每组6个重复,每个重复6只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加300、600、900和1 200 mg/kg的GMC。试验期为14 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,1)饲粮添加300 mg/kg GMC可显著降低14日龄肉仔鸡血清葡萄糖(GLU)和总胆固醇(TC)含量(P<0.05);2)饲粮添加300、600、900、1 200 mg/kg GMC可显著降低7日龄肉仔鸡血清白细胞介素-1(IL-1)含量(P<0.05),饲粮添加300、600、1 200 mg/kg GMC可显著降低7日龄肉仔鸡血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量(P<0.05),饲粮添加600、1 200 mg/kg GMC可显著降低7日龄肉仔鸡血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量(P<0.05);3)饲粮添加600、900 mg/kg GMC可显著降低14日龄肉仔鸡空肠IL-1含量(P<0.05);4)饲粮添加900和1 200 mg/kg GMC可显著降低14日龄肉仔鸡空肠IL-1的mRNA相对表达量(P<0.05)。综上可知,GMC可以改善肉仔鸡的糖与脂代谢,调节血清和空肠促炎因子的含量,增强肉仔鸡早期肠道免疫屏障功能和机体免疫功能。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of glycerol monocaprylate(GMC)on early immune function and intestinal health of broilers.One hundred and eighty Arbor Acres male broilers in good health and similar body weight at 1 day of age were randomly divided into five groups with six replicates of six broilers each.Broilers in control group were fed a basal diet and those in experimental groups were fed the bas⁃al diet supplemented with 300,600,900 and 1200 mg/kg GMC for 14 days.The results showed that com⁃pared with the control group,1)the supplementation of 300 mg/kg GMC significantly reduced the serum glu⁃cose(GLU)and total cholesterol(TC)contents of 14⁃day⁃old broilers(P<0.05);2)the supplementation of 300,600,900 and 1200 mg/kg GMC significantly reduced the serum interleukin⁃1(IL⁃1)content of 7⁃day⁃old broilers(P<0.05),the supplementation of 300,600 and 1200 mg/kg GMC significantly reduced the ser⁃um interleukin⁃6(IL⁃6)content of 7⁃day⁃old broilers(P<0.05),and the supplementation of 600 and 1200 mg/kg GMC significantly reduced the serum tumour necrosis factor⁃α(TNF⁃α)content of 7⁃day⁃old broilers(P<0.05);3)the supplementation of 600 and 900 mg/kg GMC significantly reduced the jejunal IL⁃1 content of 14⁃day⁃old broilers(P<0.05);4)the supplementation of 900 and 1200 mg/kg GMC significantly down⁃regulated the jejunal IL⁃1 mRNA relative expression level(P<0.05).In conclusion,the supplementation of GMC to the diet can improve the lipid and glucose metabolism,regulate the jejunal and serum pro⁃inflam⁃matory factor contents,and enhance the early intestinal immune barrier function and organism immune function of broilers.
