摘要 针对风光出力的不确定性,提出了一种计及不确定性的区域综合能源系统(IES)功率优化配置方法。首先,建立以0-1规划模型为基础,投资运行成本最低为目标函数的IES储能功率规划模型;其次,基于场景分析法确定最优规划方案,采用场景分析法中的两阶段规划策略求解多能源容量配置问题。最后,以某工业园区IES为研究对象,基于Matlab平台搭建仿真实验,实验结果表明:IES协调优化调度能够确保IES运行经济性,还能有效地减小不确定性对系统实际运行造成的冲击,缓解电网平抑功率波动的负担。 To solve the uncertainty problem of wind-power output,a power optimization allocation method for a regional integrated energy system is proposed.Firstly,an integrated energy systems(IES)energy storage power planning model is established based on a O-1 planning model with the lowest investment and operating cost as the objective function.Secondly,the optimal planning scheme is determined based on the scenario analysis method,and the two-stage planning strategy in the scenario analysis method is used to solve the multi-energy capacity allocation problem.Finally,taking IES in an industrial park as the research object,simulation experiments were built based on the Matlab platform.The experimental results show that IES coordinated optimization scheduling can not only ensure the economy of IES operation,but also effectively reduce the impact of uncertainties on the actual operation of the system,and alleviate the burden of the power grid to suppress power fluctuations.
