摘要 以固液混合铝电解电容器为研究对象。介绍固液混合铝电解电容器的制备工艺,并对其与导电性高分子固态电容器、液态电容器之间的电气性能与可靠性能差异进行分析,重点阐述了固液混合铝电解电容器容量引出率高、低漏电流、温度特性优良的特点。因其宽温下特性稳定,且解决了固态铝电解电容器漏电流大的问题,可适用于室外等温度条件复杂、高频和低漏电需求的场合。 Conductive polymer hybrid aluminum electrolytic capacitors were taken as the research object.By studying the manufacturing process of the conductive polymer hybrid aluminum electrolytic capacitor,and in comparasion with aluminum electrolytic capacitors and conductive polymer solidaluminum electrolytic capacitors.It performed well at low temperatureenvironment and exhibited lower leak current and higher capacity.With the stable characteristics in different temperature,it could apply to the situation of complex conditions of outdoor isothermal conditions.and it could solve the problem of large leakage current of conductive polymer solidaluminum electrolytic capacitors.It could be better applied to high frequency andlow leakage needs.
