大型LNG储罐平台防护要点探讨

Discussion on Protection Main Points for Large LNG Storage Tank Platform

通常在LNG接收站内,LNG一般储存于立式储罐内。为满足LNG的储运进出液的需要,需在LNG储罐罐顶设置钢制平台;为保障LNG储罐的运行安全,需要对LNG储罐罐顶钢制平台等设施设置防护冷却系统。本文结合工程经验总结及国内外规范要求,从防护对象、供给强度、系统控制及响应、设备材料确定、数字化设计等方面,对设于大型预应力混凝土全容LNG储罐平台的防护设计要点进行了简要探讨。

Generally,LNG is stored in vertical tanks at LNG terminal stations.In order to meet the needs of LNG storage and transportation,steel platform should be considered on the top of LNG storage tanks.In order to ensure the safety of LNG storage tank,cooling protection system should be considered for the steel platform on the top of LNG storage tanks.Based on the practical engineering experience and the requirements of domestic and foreign regulations,the key points of the protection design for the large prestressed concrete full containment LNG storage tank platform were briefly discussed from many aspects,such as protection objects,water supply intensity,system control and response,equipment and materials determination,digital design,and so on.
