一起有载调容调压变压器零线带电原因分析

摘要 本文中作者针对一起有载调容调压变压器零线带电故障开展了分析。首先,对故障变压器进行了绝缘电阻和直流电阻试验等电气试验,并同步开展了油色谱分析;随后,对变压器进行了解体检查,发现调容调压开关二次电压信号线有过流熔断现象,且对夹件放电;为了进一步分析零线带电原因,作者结合有载调容调压变压器结构和零线带电机理,剖析了该起零线带电故障的发生过程;最后从产品结构设计和现场运维两方面给出了改进建议,为避免类似故障的发生提供了参考。 This paper analyzes a live fault on the neutral line of an on-load capacity-regulating transformer.First,electrical tests such as insulation resistance and DC resistance tests were carried out on the faulty transformer,and oil chromatographic analysis was carried out simultaneously;then,the transformer was disassembled and inspected,and it was found that the secondary voltage signal line of the capacity regulating and voltage regulating switch was overcurrent and blown.phenomenon,and discharge the clamp;in order to further analyze the cause of the neutral line electrification,this paper analyzes the connection between the secondary voltage signal line fuse and the neutral line electrification based on the structure of the on-load capacity regulating transformer;finally,the product structure design Improvement suggestions are given in terms of on-site operation and maintenance,which provides a reference for avoiding the occurrence of similarfailures.
